Our baby boy Luca James Biggs was born 23rd February 2008 and died 28th March 2008. He was four
weeks and six days old and in such a short time made a huge impact on our lives.
He was struck down by a horrible bowel disease that affects premature babies only, called
necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC). He had surgery at Great Ormond Street but was too tiny and weak to
ever recover.
We miss him so much. His twin sister Olivia continues to bring us much joy but it is bittersweet.
She was meant to be part of a pair and something will always be missing.
he was born on my 18th birthday. bless the little angel, great ormond street wud have done everything they could, they saved my brothers life. x
